LOGLINE:

Martín and Germán are in a difficult financial situation and fail to collect payment for a job from a wealthy neighbor they decide to visit. This time, they will not leave empty-handed: they will take the body of the son they believe they have killed. The town unites to search for the boy, and the brothers set off on a path from which there will be no return.

ABOUT THE DIRECTOR

MIGUEL SÁNCHEZ GARCÍA

Miguel Sánchez García completed a Diploma in Film and Television Directing at TAI School and a Master’s in Advanced Screenwriting at Factoría del Guión. He has made two fiction short films shot on 16 mm and 35 mm film, which received a special mention in Taiarts magazine and were screened as part of the Yelmo cinemas’ program. He has also directed two documentary shorts, one of them about Sandra’s life. Together with Celia de Coca, Raúl Pajas, Gonzalo Borragán, and Jesús Cisneros, he founded the production company Había Una Vez Films, directing the short film A Fuego Lento, selected at the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival (“PÖFF Film Fest”), as well as the medium-length film Jabato.
